More than one.

The other night as Macias woke up from his nap very grumpy -  refusing to eat and whimpering - and Anara was screaming her hungry little head off, it hit me....I have Kid(s). Child(ren). Two of them. Wow. 

Brother and Sister

Macias met Anara for the first time on Saturday, and as you can see he really enjoyed it. We did have one slap-on-the-head moment (Macias, baby sister is NOT an action figure - be gentle...), but other than that he seems to have already taken to her quite nicely and loves holding her. It's both amazing and a privilege to be there to witness the start of a relationship that will last the rest of their lives...

Anara Winsor Bonner

My beautiful little girl has finally arrived! She was born February 9th, 2012 at 11:27 AM. She weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz., and was 21 inches long. Her delivery was pretty smooth (easy for me to say I realize) and orderly, a slight departure from her brother's birth. She comes home tomorrow to meet Macias - I can't wait!

Anara day 2....

Macias day 2 - if I wasn't there for both, I'd say separated at birth!
